Returns & Refunds

At Siyah Enterprise, we aim to provide the best quality products and exceptional service. If, however, you receive a damaged, incorrect, or are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following terms:

• A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• A return label is included inside the package and is free of cost.
• Returned products must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in original packaging.
• Returns are processed by mail (you need to ship the product back using the return label provided).
• The customer must email us regarding the return or exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
• A restocking fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds are processed within 1 business day to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item, please send it back to us along with your order number.

Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement or process a refund (as per your request).

Exchange Policy (Size Exchange)

• You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• To request an exchange, please email us at siyahcustomercare@gmail.com.
• After acknowledgment from our team, you will need to send the product back to us.
  Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and mobile number.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• Size exchanges are available for a bigger or smaller size, equal to the value of the exchanged product, minus shipping/COD charges to and from.
• The customer must email us regarding the return or exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
• If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note, valid for 30 days.
  

Cancellation of Orders

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
• You can cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing siyahcustomercare@gmail.com.
• The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Siyah Enterprise and accepts our decision regarding cancellations.

Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product is washed, worn, or damaged.
• Tags or original packaging are missing.
• Due to not liking color, fabric, or product appearance.
• SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please note that there may be a 10–12% color variation due to screen display and lighting differences. Such variations are not considered defects.
