Recently, I purchased a half sleeve shirt of 40'. Requested for exchange for 42' half sleeve shirt and sent it to the company at Gujarat back. I received a message from India post that article was delivered. But, no message or confirmation from the company. Highly irresponsible

Due to size constraints required exchange from large to XL
Only mail option is given for customer care
Given phone no not responding
I send the mail on 29th just after the receiving of pkt but still no response is given
