Returns & Exchanges
At Siyah Enterprise, we aim to provide the best quality products and exceptional service. If, however, you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we are here to assist you. Please follow our return and exchange guidelines:
Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item, please send it back to us along with your order number.

Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement.
Exchange Policy
As part of our company policy, we do not offer refunds or returns for products once they have been sold. However, we do provide the option to exchange the product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

The request for an exchange must be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email us at siyahcustomercare@gmail.comĀ with your request.

After acknowledgment from our team, you will need to send the product back to us yourself. We do not offer a reverse pickup service. Ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and mobile number. Siyah Enterprise will not be responsible for any lost shipments.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.

Exchanges can be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, in its original packaging.

Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel, along with the size you require.

Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.

Size exchanges are available, and you can choose a bigger or smaller size equal to the value of the exchanged product, minus the shipping/COD costs to and from.
Cancellation of Orders

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

You can cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at siyahcustomercare@gmail.comĀ to request a cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Siyah Enterprise and accepts our decision regarding cancellations.
Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.

The credit note will be emailed to you and can be used for your next purchase on the Siyah Enterprise website. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days of issuance.
Partial Order Exchange
- Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that certain items may not be returnable or exchangeable.
Fit Issues
- If a product does not fit, and you would like a different size, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will do our best to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option of a credit note for future purchases.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for reasons such as not liking the material or color of the dress. We recommend thoroughly reading the product description and viewing all product images before placing an order. You can also contact us for additional details about the product.

Please be aware that our products are crafted by skilled artisans and may have variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. Variations may occur due to the accuracy of your monitor's display, and we ask for your understanding in this regard.

Please note that there may be a 10-12% color difference depending on your device's screen resolution and camera lighting. We do not accept exchanges or returns for color variations in these cases.

Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for washed or worn products.

Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
